2 cups French beans (washed and chopped)
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric (haldi)
1/2 tsp red chili powder (lal mirch)
1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp coconut powder (unsweetened)

Instructions:
Prep Beans: Chop French beans into 1-inch pieces.
Temper Spices: Heat ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds, and let them pop. Stir in turmeric and red chili powder for 10-15 seconds.
Cook Beans: Add the chopped beans to the pan, toss to coat in the spices, and season with salt. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add Coconut: Stir in coconut powder and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Garnish & Serve: Adjust seasoning, garnish with Coriander or curry leaves (optional), and serve hot.
