    Oven-baked white onion potato balls

    – [ ] 2 garlic cloves
    – [ ] 3 potatoes
    – [ ] Dill
    – [ ] Salt

    Recipe

    – [ ] Cut the potatoes into 12 pieces/potato
    – [ ] Boil them
    – [ ] Mash them
    – [ ] Grate the garlic cloves
    – [ ] Add the grate to the mashed potatoes
    – [ ] Add dill to the mixture
    – [ ] Shape the mixture into small balls
    – [ ] Put olive oil and salt on the balls
    – [ ] Bake at 200°C until golden brown and crispy
    Eat it with a meat dish.

  2. Me and my friends went out into their woods for a day and for lunch and supper we boiled potatoes in a pot with pond water and just ate them with salt. It was really good tbh. 😊

  6. Silesian dumplings are also pretty good, 1/4 potato starch 3/4 mashed potato, form into balls indent in the middle to form kinda a bowl and boil, great with any sauce
