I love love love your travel videos! But the real question how was the Marie-Antoinette macaron?
So happy for you both, what a wonderful adventure.
Truly enjoyed this content!! I am wanting to go to Paris even more after seeing all of these food options! 🥖✨
Hi. (Catholic) Fan here. Holy Water is ALWAYS free, no matter the Catholic Church you enter. 😇🙏🙌 Some churches will sell "custom" bottles with the church logo or something alongside other things (Shirts, Rosaries, Books, merch…) to help pay for basics like utilities, etc. 💰💡⛪ With that said… Kitra, if you're serious about looking for Holy Water, ANY Catholic priest can turn water into Holy Water no matter what it's being held in. 💧✨🕊️ Truth is nothing blessed can/should be sold by the Church itself. Ever. 🚫⛪
Also, ALL Catholic churches have a FREE holy water font for anyone to use to bless themselves with before you enter. Faith background doesn't matter either.💧🙏🚪
And even cooler… Some churches even have Holy Water dispensers for you to use to fill up your own container and use at home or elsewhere when appropriate. 🏠💧✨
🌈 The more you know 🖖

And if anyone reading is curious about the Catholic Faith in general, "Why We're Catholic" by Trent Horn is the most logical and simplistic book on it I've ever read.
Finally, the "drone" shot above the church was wicked cool. Peter, was that yours? Either way, thanks for being awesome. Hope this helps someone too. 🙏❤️
when someone is frustrated, an encouraging remark can turn his life around. When someone is disappointed, a compliment can brighten his life up.Whoever you are, reading this, I wish you peace and love .❤
We were in Paris right before you when there was a heat wave and didn't get to explore as much due to the heat. Thanks for checking out the places that were on my list, but couldn't explore due to heat and exhaustion. Can't wait to see your video on DLP.
Not in Paris but when I was in Germany I went to a concentration camp. That was a very somber experience. Especially since I grew up learning about the Holocaust as well as having many Jewish friends.
My dad says that they are naked in paintings to show realism
What do you guys film your vlogs on? I’m always impressed with the quality.
Thank you so much for sharing this video! I went to Paris for the first time last year and I’ve been so nostalgic for it. Like to the point I could cry that I’m not able to go back right now! This took me right back. 🩷
To me it is shocking how busy Paris has become. Glad you had a good time strolling and eating around. Love all the looks you both made after tasting something new.
I had to laugh about all your Park and other pop culture references? Did you visit the Sacre Coeur as well, after enjoying the view? The Louvre is crazy busy 58:00 , I have the Louvre everytime.
I went to other gardens/ museums like Rodin and so many modern art museums, Cimitière Du Père Lachaises and was blown away by the Institut du Monde Arabe its architecture. Stunning.
Loved this video, but I'm amused at how much of my reaction was wishing you could do a trip to Salem MA, which has the oldest candy company in the US (Ye Olde Pepper Companie), the oldest museum in the US (Peabody Essex Museum), and some incredible bakeries (A&J King for pastries, Caramel for fancy desserts. Their violet macarons are my fave). I know this is ~the witchcraft city~ but come here out of season for the food, the history, and the vibes. I don't think you'd regret it.
Also, the next time you're in Paris, check out the Musee D'Orsay. It has The Whistler, which is also a HUGE painting!
My dream trip ❤
You must learn the history of France! (Like you said at the Louvre). I learned about the French Revolution at school (and the following 2 revolts later on in the 19th century) and that has set me on an unhealthy obsession with Paris + Les Miserables 😂. You will appreciate France 10x more once you know the history!
Love this vlog. Thank you. What hotel did you stay at?
Yes. Paris surprises people with how dirty it can be. I always tell people that Paris is beautiful . . . From 10 feet up. 😉 There's actually a condition that many tourists experience of extreme depression when they go and discover its not as they expected. But!! You take Paris for what it is. And I'm glad you pointed out the MUST know word – BONJOUR!! To everyone in a historic monument, shop or restaurant EVERY TIME!! Imperative! Thank you, from a French tutor and former travel agent. 😂
Yeah it is always a fun and good time to watch ordinary adventures having adventures out there in the world whether it’s theme parks or cruises or maybe exploring new places this channel is such a fun experience to watch unfold !!! 🏯🌎🌍🗺️🚝✈️🛳️⛴️🚢❤🤗
Travel vlog please !
My home ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ try the frog legs
French ham, bread, butter, and cheese is the best in the world. You will come back to the US and dream about them. ❤️
🍁 you’re doing hot chocolate ram you don’t use water use milk
I loooooove French baked goods and pastries!!! I'll have to go to some of these places next time we visit Paris! Love the time you take to find these places and show them to us. ❤
Okay Kitra, I’ve been having the same thought about the Arc and John Wick 4 throughout the whole video 😂 as always, thank y’all for your amazing videos—or should I say, works of art! It’s been quite a while since I’ve been able to travel abroad (because of life circumstances), which feeds my soul, so this is so much more appreciated than I can say! And now I’ll know exactly where to go whenever I do get an opportunity to go to Paris. ❤
wow!
Thanks for taking us on a food tour! When my (now) husband and I went in Dec 2013, we spent three days in Paris and two days in DLP. In Paris, we stayed in Hôtel Fabric which is a lovely boutique hotel that used to be a clothes factory (hence the name).
We loved the Eiffel Tower!
I had seen the Mona Lisa before on a school trip so I knew it was quite small – I actually think there is a lot more to the Louvre rather than that one painting. We loved the rest of the museum more!
Take care x
