Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 – 2 pints cherry or grape tomatoes
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp dried parsley( or fresh)
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 cup burrata filling
• Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)
For garlic bread:
• 1 French baguette, sliced
• 80-100 g butter
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• Pinch of salt
• 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

🔥 Instructions:
1. Prep Tomatoes:
• Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
• Place tomatoes in a baking dish.
• Drizzle with olive oil (enough to coat well, about halfway up the tomatoes).
• Add salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic, parsley, and oregano. Stir well.
2. Roast Tomatoes:
• Bake at 425°F for 20–30 minutes, or until the tomatoes burst and become soft.
• You can gently mash the tomatoes halfway through to help them burst.
3. Make Garlic Bread:
• While the tomatoes bake, mix butter, garlic, salt, and Parmesan.
• Spread on sliced baguette and toast in the oven for 5–7 minutes, or until golden.
4. Assemble the Dip:
• Once the tomatoes are out of the oven, stir in grated Parmesan and fresh basil.
• Top with burrata, then gently mix everything together.
5. Serve Hot:
• Serve immediately with the toasted garlic bread.
• Dip. Scoop. Repeat. Perfect for parties or as a crowd-pleasing appetizer!
