All You Need:
*For Caramel*
-1 Cup White Sugar
-1/2 Cup Water
*Flan Custard*
-6 Eggs
-2 Cans of Evaporated Milk
-2 Cans of Condensed Milk
-1tsp Vanilla Extract
-Pinch of Salt
*Oven*
If cooking flan uncovered cook at lower temp of 275° for 90 minutes with the convention off or until knife comes out clean.
Cooking it covered with Foil make sure to poke some holes in the top of the tin foil before placing in the oven at 275°-325° the lower the temperature the creamier the flan. The higher the temp the flan will be more dense than creamy #food #miraeso #flan #chefbrad #cuban #egg #milk #easy #share
