In this Valentine’s Day Special, aptly named “FILET D’AMORE” [translation “Filet of Love”], we show you how to set a romantic dinner table and deliver a mouthwatering meal. The main course features Cast Iron Cooked Beef Tenderloin Filet Mignon with a Shallot Red Wine Reduction Sauce (Similar to a French-style Demi Glace). We accompany the steak with Truffle Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Zucchini. Since it’s a Special – we threw in a salad (Heart of Romaine with Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, Grape Tomatoes, and a Fresh Squeezed Lemon and White Vinegar Dressing)……and a song to woo your date – so you’re all set to sweep your valentine off their feet.
