  1. Or you good just boil some salted water. Break the eye into a saucer then stir the water quickly until you have a tornado. Drop the egg carefully into the middle. Turn down the heat to a simmer and cook for three minutes or four if you want the egg firmer. If you want to do a lot of eggs put them one by one into ice water. Store in fridge and reheat when wanted

  2. I poach my eggs in the microwave. In a half cup water I break an egg into the water and m8crowave for 40 secs. Makes it fast and easy

  3. I don't have any whites left in my pot when I poach and the yolk should be runny for poached eggs. If you want a firm yolk just fry it over easy.
