  3. Not bad, I would skip the Parmesan or use something like guyere instead. And the sauce needed more time to thicken and reduce and the wine should have been cooked off before adding the cream. Still looks tasty tho

  4. I would recommend using a stainless pan next time you use white wine or any acidic liquid to deglaze you pan. You re removing your patina in you cast iron
