A grape my wife and I have loved for years. Enjoyed a bottle of, Madiran Cuvee L'Originel Domains Du Crampilh with dinner tonight. 100 percent Tannat and 24 months in steel tanks. Paired the wine with roast duck, new potatoes and purple cabbage. All in 1 roasting pan staged out over 2 1/2 hours. The wine was only $19.95 and was a great representation of the more refined methods used today. Keep the education and enthusiasm coming.
