  1. That’s definitely on my list! Just an FYI. I always put either Duke’s or Blue Plate mayo in my deer burgers to add a little fat. Even in the deer bacon burger💯💯💯🤤🤤🤤

  3. You had me at Texas Toast! Which makes the best patty melt along with smashed flat top hangaburger. On another note I would do Old school Bonanza Steak House style Texas Toast with butter and parm cheese. Jalapeño thousand island would be mandatory.

  5. Please forgive me, but I was wondering. When the Swiss Cheese is placed upon the meat patty, could the cheese be melted by pouring ice on the grill near the meat patty, and covering all the ice and meat patty with some kind of covering, for a period of time? I got the idea from the Squeeze Inn in Sacramento CA making their "Squeeze with Cheese".
