  1. This was your first video I saw about 8yrs ago and have been hooked on ever since then.

I would really love to meet you next time you are in India, Jamie!

  2. Hi. Really love your recipes and videos but I can only watch if subtitles are available. Maybe you can't enable them for shorts but if it is doable I would very much appreciate it. Also some of your compilation have no subtitles available for them. Many thanks for sharing your skills 😊

  3. I prefer to eat my scrambled eggs with a fork, not slurp it up using a spoon.

If someone brought me runny eggs, I'd ask, "Are you OK?"

  4. Bacon mushrooms and tomatoes fried in that order using tomato juice to deglaze the pan. Then scalable eggs together in the same pan. Meal in 1 pan quick.

  5. All undercooked.
A French scramble requires water and a lot of time, in a pan with butter.
American scramble is never undercooked, add extra butter late to avoid dry eggs.
If the English want to eat raw eggs, let them. 😮

  6. On the low heat and adding few min you can do the FRENCH style in a regular pan- no water bath needed

  7. Hi Jamie…

  8. Hii Jamie I just came back home from America A N D now that when I see you making the eggs it’s look million time more yummy maybe I needed to see you making it , love love love

  9. Ive come to realise that real chefs cant make scrambled eggs they make mushy eggs like mushy peas but eggs looks disgusting

  10. Australian style folded eggs.
Similar to American, but with cream and with the pan slightly tipped, go round and keep folding the runaway eggs back to the centre until it resembles a rose.
