I like the fact that you freeze them first after blanching because the whole texture changes once they're frozen and it makes them Prebiotic which feeds the probiotics and it assimilates differently in the body making it possible to eat fries even if you're told you can't chemical structure changes

    Rusted potatoes are the worst potatoes for you to eat they're full of starch what? Full of starch they're disgusting they only reason they use them is because when you fry them they get hard and crunchy which is very stupid.

  3. I did this same method in 45 minutes. 72 hours is OD. Just have to double fry your homemade fries for the crispiness

  5. Dumbest video I've ever seen. Start on Monday and you can eat them by Thursday, we don't fry them but we pour hot grease on them which is frying. Idiots

  8. Hell no. This is a diff type of meal prep like loll I’ll have to have batches in the freezer for whenever I’m craving fries. You can’t tell me how many days I gotta wait to fulfill my current craving

    I fry almost ALL my Potatoes from fresh in my air fryer after boiling them by pressure in a multi cooker. The taste is not as good as when using a deep fryer, but they are very acceptable
