Why do i not see the foam that comes from butter? what type of butter are you using where you dont need to scrape the foam off the butter? How you make your sauce so thick also?

I once made this accidentally, didn't know how to make it and it wasn't my intention for it to thicken but it did and it was perfect but when i tried to make it again i couldn't😂

Breaking the sauce means the liquid separating from the solids making it separate into layers. Your welcome

Without the pepper/herbs it seems like a great lemon butter sauce for crepes
You can also add a bit of lemon pepper to this and even some honey.

The butter needs to be really cold when you add it.
Try using white pepper for a highly refined cleaner looking sauce. Either way this is definitely a delicious addition to fish and sometimes chicken😋👍
