  1. Truffle oil. Some chefs hate it or use it. I don't understand the controversy. Can someone explain?

  2. Why do all of these chefs have the same cadence in their speech – if cadence is the right word. There is a sameness in the way they fragment sentences, etc. – even in their intonation – that makes it seem that they’re trying too hard to seem cool.

  3. You missed out the part which was off camera in Marco’s version. He had already drank the other half bottle of wine and sniffed a load of nose bag. Had you done it yourself, it would have been identical. Other than that, it was a good effort. But that was your choice I guess.

  4. Those truffle oils have got huge differences. Ones some shit made by Kim kardashian while the other shit is what Marco Pierre white uses so. Don’t use truff for this recipe please use the real stuff💗
