I use French Onion soup normally two cans for a 3 lb beef chuck roast. Prefer noodles to rice.
What to use instead of Ranch?

Loving these, but I would have to use chicken or vegetable broth, I just don't like beef broth.
I use cream of mushroom and add mushrooms . I am an addict . I also serve green beans . I may splurge on garlic bread.
