  2. The Saffron rice looks great. I often substitute the water with low sodium chicken broth. My family loves this rice.

  4. Persian saffron is key! Plate a bed of white rice then add a serving of saffron rice in the middle (will look like a sunnyside up cooked egg), serve with a grilled tomato and your favorite kabob and a piece of naan. A traditional Persian meal. 🤌

  5. I'm 40 and have been eating rice all my life, i have tried commercial saffron rice before and found it nothing special.
    Now i know why, looking forward to try this one.

  6. The only issue with this is getting real saffron – just like olive oil, most of th "saffron" you get at the supermarket isn't really saffron, it's a scam.
