I was a brit paratrooper, we were heavily under manned in mid 90's, so we had an entire gurkha company in our battalion. They were superb 🔥 also added bonus the cook house started serving shit loads of curry which i personally was very happy about ✅

If you fail the Ghurka selection and trading, they never go home. It is considered a disgrace.
We never assigned a combat value higher than assault troops to the Legion. Same as our Marines.

Shared transit at Uxbridge for a few nights with some ghurkas. The damn crazies lit hexi blocks in the room on the carpet to make tea
Also if you've ever cruised all of the security is from Nepal and they have zero patience.
