My aunt is Russian and was raised in a Slavic household so her mom taught her what mushrooms are safe to eat and everything, but apparently she forgot that you have to boil them first before you can eat them and she put them in her spaghetti sauce twice and her and my uncle got sick both time before she asked her mom what she did wrong
I’d like to clarify as an American that I nor anyone that I know has ever picked up a mushroom and said. “Welp let’s try this” the only people that do that know what their doing
As a polish person we go to the forest every year to get some mushrooms,we dont even get them checked 🥀(nah my dads a specialist,he knows which are which 💔😱)
