I just give slight introduction with the main wines and maps of the region to get you started. DId you know? 92% of the wines grown/made in the region are white? This includes the sparking wine which is BIG in the region!
Kaysersberg definitely has charm, the religious history and the castle with the moat in front depcit the truth of a a monarchial past…
Riquewihr also had some cahrms, it was truly medieval. We walked thru the old town gate and even saw a street named for the liberation by the allied troops on December 5 1944…
