The French Onion Chip Dip Smashburger!!

I mean who doesn’t love a side of chips and dip with their burger?! This just brings the two together and works so well!

Ingredients:
• Thinly sliced Onion and Jalapeno
• 75/25 ground beef
• @nadcofficial OG Steak seasoning
• American Cheese – @sargentocheese
• Potato buns, toasted – @saraleebread
• burger sauce – recipe coming soon!
• dill pickles – @mcclurespickles
• French Onion Chip Dip – @deansdip
• potato sticks

1. Start by thinly slicing the white onion and jalapeño and set aside. Then heat a griddle to medium high and form together some 3-4 oz balls of 75/25 ground beef.

2. Place the beef balls down on the hot griddle, then top with the mixture of thinly sliced onions and jalapeños and smash down! Leave these a little thicker than a normal Smashburger and season with your favorite burger seasoning.

3. After about 90 seconds, flip the Patties over and top with American cheese. Let this melt for 15 seconds or so, then stack them up and toast your buns!

4. Cover the toasted bottom bun in burger sauce and dill pickles, then place down 2 Patties before covering the top bun in chip dip. Toss some potato sticks down and put the top bun on then enjoy!

  1. I love a little crunch on my burger. I usually use crispy fried onions but potato straws are a great idea.

  2. That looks awesome. I’m not a fan of the pre made onion dips but I love the green onion kind that you mix with sour cream – that would be killer.

  3. Dude, Ive watched and followed A LOT of cooking channels and none of them come close to yours when it comes to burgers. I've already made a bunch of your combinations and they've all been bangers.

  4. What do I want to see next? Maybe take on some burgers featured in shows and movies strong 💪 like the ulti-meatum from Regular Show

  5. Sir…each burger you make looks so creative and juicy. And the way you shoot the videos is an art.
