Trying the famous Provençal fish soup Bouillabaisse on your food travel bucket list especially if you’re a seafood lover. Bouillabasse is one of the ultimate foodie experiences and where better to try it than Marseille, where Bouillabaisse originated!
BOUILLABAISSE DETAILS
🦐This spicy seafood soup is usually served over two courses! First they bring the seafood soup with lots of croutons and the traditional rouille sauce. Next they’ll present the huge portion of fish tableside. This is an essential part of the Bouillabaisse experience and then you’ll enjoy the seafood soup.
🥣Bouillabaisse is one of the BIGGEST food dishes I’ve ever tried so don’t make the same mistake I did and load up on seafood starters before the Bouillabaisse main course. No starters needed here!
⏱️Bouillabasse takes time, there’s usually a 20 minute wait between Bouillabasse courses as everything is prepared fresh.

Absolutely brilliant hun. I love that soup , had in Antibes and Cannes but not in Marseille. Was there for World Cup in 1998 but too drunk lol
