– 1 L milk (divided)
– 180 g cornstarch
– 6 egg yolks
– 200 g sugar
– A pinch of salt
– 80 g butter
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 24 g vanilla sugar
– Icing sugar (for dusting)

  3. That's a neat trick to add some rum to the pastry cream, I think the fruit tart I'm used to buying probably added some more almond extract after the fact to make that flavor stand out more. Otherwise amazing video and recipe.

  4. In Romania it is called cremes or cremsnit while in other parts of Europe it is named Kremšnita, and in Austria it is called Cremeschnitte. They taste the same and all are amazing.😍
