  1. Momma made hers in a clay churn with a cheese clothes over the top and the ceramic piece with the hole in it. It would walk it was so strong. Muscadine- Straight it would rip the inside of your mouth out. Very small amount with seven up or spire – Delicious. But don’t stand up fast lol!

  2. You can't use a hydrometer to accurately capture the sugar in the fruit. It's only going to give the sugar that is dissolved in the water.

  4. Im on my 4th batch now aince finding your vudeos. The first 3 have seemed bitter…not sure what im doing wrong. I have foloeed the steps here and used yeast nutrient.

  5. Freezing and thawing breaks down the plant cell walls. That’s why they seemed juicy freeze a fresh mushroom sometime and thaw it it’s crazy just slime

  6. for making wine you don't add water, honey or yeast. The process of making wine only uses grapes

  7. I know this is a year ago but yes grapes tend to be juicier after thawing. A fun time to pick them is after a frost but they end up dying not very long.

  8. This isn't wine. It is so-called "prison wine" aka Braga and it doesn't taste good at all cause of yeast and water you added.
    Real wine should be made out of juice and only out of juice, while here it's mostly water.
