  1. Now, I'm not a trained chef/food influencer, I just… eat a lot of food. You made me pause at "*half* a clove of garlic."
    Really? Half? What's adding the whole thing gonna change? I'd just up the qty of the whole amount, if half more of a clove of garlic is too much, but that's just me, not wanting to slice only half a clove and then storing half a clove like some weird garlic accountant.
