  1. Brioche French Toast Breakfast Hotdogs

    3 Eggs
    1/4 Cup Half & Half (Use Flavored Coffee Cream For a Kick)
    1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon
    6 Brioche Hotdog Buns
    12 Maple Sausage Links
    Powdered Sugar, Maple Mustard, and Syrup for topping

    Whisk eggs, half & half, and cinnamon. Slice buns in half and dip into the mix. For more flavor, let the bread sit in the mix for a few minutes. Let excess run off and add each bun to a pan or griddle. Cook all sides for 2-3 minutes.

    Add cooked sausage to the center of each bun. Top with powdered sugar, maple mustard, and serve with syrup for dipping. Enjoy!

  2. The buns are already toasted on all sides so it doesn't really apply here but pro tip for regular french toast is to toast the bread first then dip it. The crust keeps the bread from falling apart in the egg bath
