Did you know that mcdonald’s used to use beef tallow to make their fries? 🐄🍟 Now they use highly processed, highly inflammatory industrial seed oils and a fake “beef flavoring” instead. 🙈
These tallow french fries are so easy to make and are so much better for you than eating fries dinning out (99.99% of restaurants use seed oils). The cool thing about parboiling fries prior to frying them is that it makes the potatoes more digestible and lower in antinutrients. The fries also become more soft on the inside & crispy on the outside. 💛
Fun fact: seed oils (such as canola or vegetable oil) actually make people more hungry when they eat them. Beef tallow and other natural fats will do not that. I always prioritize animal protein & fat with my meals, but do really well with having some carbs alongside them. I find that I’m perfectly satisfied just eating a few of these tasty fries!
Tallow fries are not only much better for you, but they TASTE way better too! 🤌🏻 Be sure to save this post & follow along for more real food recipes. If you make tallow fries, let me know how they turn out! 🫶🏻
P.S. You can save and reuse the tallow after frying!! Don’t throw it out!

Hi Rach. Do you include veggies in your diet?
Lawdy have mercy!
I really dont understand why seed oils are so demonized in some cooking communities. Can you explain your reasoning for not using seed oils? I promise im not hating the fries look delicious. Im just genuinely curious. Have a nice day 🩶
Love this! New subscriber here! I love using grass fed beef tallow and recently started using duck fat aswell.
WOwwww…. That looks great!
Very cool
Thanks for the recipe!
Eh??? Why are you eating potatoes now? I thought you were carnivore?
French ? do you study before calling fries french
Look so good, mmm mmm yes mam! I am on the brink of carnivore diet but have no money yet and no car or way to shop for good meat. I have tried Good Chop and they are not for me. Onward and upward one day I hope. New sub here. I am really sick so this is why I am here.
I tried to use only fat and meat and some vegetables, but after 2 months of the diet I started to feel nauseous and vomit.
Skin is the best part
respect the last comment about blood sugars pairing with protein. also having a side of veggies cooked and eating them first as a starter then. then eating lets say steak and fries will significantly lower blood sugar spikes
I recently found out how bad vegetable oil aka Seed oils are. The way seed oils are produced is ultra-processed and they tell us that's healthy!
Butter is can be made with one ingredient. Lard or tallow is natural and yet we are told these things are super unhealthy.
Crisco is made from Cotton Oil, and they that's healthy for us when in reality it's insanely bad for us.
I'm learning a lot this year. I hope these companies get exposed for giving us unhealthy oils that makes our diet bad & poisons our mind.
RFK JR this is for you!
Beef tallow is great for French fries. The only way to do it
Hey where did you get this French Fry Cutter?
What did you do with the melted beef tallow afterwards?
Regardless of the soak in water or not your stomach is acidic it breaks down the food you put in it!

What was already in the pan when you put the beef tallow in?
