Wuhan virus: Detecting many infected but asymptomatic people, helpless body scanner?

Earlier, on January 24, France confirmed the first three cases of corona virus infection in Europe, including two patients in Paris and the other in Bordeaux.
The French Ministry of Health a day later said no more cases had been recorded since then but many were under medical supervision.
According to officials, the two patients in Paris are a Chinese couple; arrived in France on 18-1 but did not show any symptoms until until 19 and 23-1 respectively.
“They do not show symptoms when they fly to France” – Mr. Yazdan Yazdanpanah, from Bichat General Hospital, shared.
Meanwhile, the third patient, in Bordeaux, is a 48-year-old man, working in the French wine industry, traveling by plane from Wuhan City – China, where the corona virus outbreak occurred, to the Netherlands and into France from here, Bordeaux health officials said.
According to French Health Minister Agnes Buzyn, the man arrived in France on January 22 and told the doctor about his symptoms a day later. On 24-1, this person was confirmed virus infection.
According to Reuters, the symptom of delays and entry through the third country shows the limitations of the effort to check passenger health from China at airports.
Airports in a number of countries are using scanners to check the body temperature of passengers from China. However, France has not implemented this measure so far. Passengers on flights from China confirmed to BFM TV that they were not controlled when arriving in France.
The French foreign ministry announced on January 25 that it was considering options for its citizens to leave Wuhan, which has been frozen since January 23.
Chinese media reported on January 26 that the number of people killed by the corona virus has now reached 56, all of them Chinese. There are now nearly 2,000 virus infections have been suspected in addition to about 2,600 suspected infections.
Canada recorded the first case
Canada on 25 January announced its first case of the corona virus in the country. The patient is a man in his 50s, who came to Toronto from Wuhan on January 22 and was hospitalized on January 23 after showing symptoms of the disease.
“The patient was hospitalized and his health was stable” – the notice said.
Health officials in Ontario are investigating details of the people the patient had been in contact with since arriving in Toronto. The family members of this person were isolated.
