  1. They don’t look like regular fries 🍟 but I’ll give it a try because I don’t like eating fried foods

  2. Just buy a peeler that is built like a knife and peelnthe potates lime ypu would using a paring knife. It is faster cleaner and much easier. If you need a fork to help peel a potato you have no gd business peeling a potatoe.

  3. A good technique, but given the amount of oven-time they require, it's tough to time them with the rest of the meal..And you don't need to peel the potatoes.
