  1. I have a cheap generic stand mixer and it just lets you move the bowl so that it gets scraped by whatever you're using. No need to remove anything, ideal for lazy people.

  2. I love the paddle attachment being used as a spatula idea but it's not the most convenient for someone with a disability or mobility issues, I need a spatula with a long handle or else it will cause pain to my arms or I can injured myself. The paddle attachment looks like you'd have to put in a lot of force and that it would easily slip out of your hand. I'll have to try it though to see first!!

  3. You can also adjust the beater so it reaches the bottom and sides of the bowl better. Or, since you're using a KitchenAid, get the beater that has a scraper already attached.

  4. Is this how are you taught to crack eggs? You made the table dirty and contaminated it!

  5. * loud ceramic scraping a metal bowl*
    ….
Oh I guess I have to buy that attachment because the ones that came with mine are all ceramic coated

  6. did you need French baking school for that? nah just kidding but like what is French pastry school? A school about French pastries or a French school about pastries?

  7. Great result when baking with hand mixer, but when bulk order use standing mixer with cable ties to touch the bottom of bowl

  8. Personally I wouldn't do that with a coated paddle like the one in this video just in case the coating chips off. Is it snow stainless steel one or the one with the rubber scraper go ahead.
