It was once the capitol of Burgundy province in the 15th century and is now home to a vibrant culture. I’m excited to show you why I absolutely love this place!

Beaune is known for its Medieval Walls, which were built in 1385, as well as the Hospices de Beaune, a charitable hospital founded in 1443 by Nicholas Rolin. This amazing building is known for its incredible architecture and is one of the most visited sites in Beaune.
Beaune is also home to some of the most beautiful countryside in Europe, with rolling hills, vineyards, and quaint villages. And let’s not forget about the food! The local cuisine is renowned for its delicious dishes, such as coq au vin, boeuf bourguignon, and escargot. And you have to try some of the world-famous Burgundy wines.

I agree. Beaune is a charming French town. We’ve visited there eight times. My cousin, Frédéric Mazilly and family, along with their winery, Domaine Mazilly Père et Fils is located in nearby Meloisey.
