BAKED FRENCH FRIES
(low-fat, sugar-free, gluten-free)
2 large potatoes, or 3 cups potatoes
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 T olive oil
1 T nutritional yeast flakes
Preheat oven to 400 degree. Cut potato in French fry shape. Mix potatoes and remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Spray oil on the cookie sheet. Put potato on cookie sheet in single layer. Bake for 25 minutes. For crunchy French Fries, turn it over and bake 5-7 more minutes. Delicious!
