I dont want to sound negative or pretentious. But you should always turn the cutter and not the bottle. The guest should always see the label 😅😉 But i love seeing your wine education vids, we need more ❤
A few corrections: 1. Turn the cutter, not the bottle 2. The screw goes all the way in 3. Have a towel to wipe any wine on the bottle upon removing the cork 4. Smell the cork
Pro tip for the pro tip: Cut the foil in the middle of the lip, open the bottle, use the corkscrew to widen the lip in a complete circle, press down on the foil a bit. You now have a catch for wine spilling over, that wont leak down the whole bottle
i was just pulling at it without the lever, and it made me relate to the pulling of excalibur, so i'm glad i looked this up—the lever made it soooo simple.
this doesnt always work for me! some corks make it difficult for you to screw the corkscrew into the centre of the cork. Because of this you end up screwing at an angle!!
Lmao 🤣🤣🤣 if only you could’ve seen me struggling with the last three bottles trying to wiggle it out with the uncomfortable Corp screw remover because I didn’t know what I was doing😂🤦🏻♀️ I literally pulled a muscle in my shoulder and my trap! This was so easy good grief!

All a true pro needs is a shoe and a wall.
You can pull the seal after cutting it with just the blade looks smoother than pulling it off with your hand
U never ever will turn that bottle in your life!! Turn the cutter instead.

Like a "pro"? You mean, how to open a wine bottle like a sports pub bartender? I thought this was supposed to be fine dining service education?
