Move over French bread, we’re making this dippable sandwich on our bakery’s irresistible brioche buns. Enjoy the classic flavors of a French Dip sandwich, but sandwiched between soft and golden brioche slider buns for the ultimate dipping experience.

Cook time: 6 to 8 hours
Ingredients:
• 3 to 4 lb. Boneless Chuck Roast
• Kinder’s The Blend
• Food Club Avocado Oil
• 2 cups Stater Bros. Beef Broth
• 1 White Onion, sliced
• 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp. Stater Bros. Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 bottle Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
• 1 packet Food Club Au Jus Gravy Mix
• Stater Bros. Brioche Buns
• Stater Bros. Sliced Provolone Cheese
Directions:
-Season all sides of the roast with The Blend. Heat oil in a skillet and sear the roast on both sides. Place the seared roast in the slow cooker and add beef broth.
-To the skillet, add onions, garlic, Worcestershire, beer and Au Jus packet. Bring to a simmer then pour into the slow cooker.
-Cook on low to 6 to 8 hours.
-Remove and shred roast.
-Toast buns then top with meat and cheese. Place in the oven until the cheese melts.
-Serve with a cup of Au Jus for dipping.
