Today’s recipe is A Cauliflower & Green Peas Curry,which has many other vegetables too which are good for our health.A very easy and delicious recipe.Also at the end of the video you will see how I prep up my veggies for this recipe as I have got requests from beginners to cooking,as to how one should clean and chop various vegetables.

Ingredients
ginger garlic paste (1/2 inch ginger & 5 cloves of garlic)
1 medium onion
2 small orange carrots
1/2 cup of french beans
1/2 cup of green peas
1 small cauliflower
2 light green chillies
the puree of 1 tomato
salt to taste
a pinch of sugar
1/2 cup of water
2 tbsp of oil
1 tsp of cumin powder
1 tbsp of corriander powder
1/4 tsp of haldi /turmeric powder
1/4 tsp of garam maslala
1 tsp of red kashmiri chilli powder
Method
Heat the oil in a pan ,once hot add the ginger garlic paste ,fry well,
add the onion,fry till translucent,now add the cauliflower ,saute well,add the carrots,french beans and green peas..fry well,add the
turmeric powder and all the other powder maslas ,add salt and sugar,add the water and cook the veggies well ,now add the tomato puree ,cover and cook for 5 mins on low..
Ready to eat with some hot phulkas,rotis or polis
