  1. I’ve been using Herbs De Provence for years now. Any poultry; turkey, chicken, etc. I rub that baby down with Olive Oil then salt & pepper, herbs de, and extra garlic powder. First 500 degrees for a half hour then 350 for the remaining time. Comes out perfect every time with a crisp skin.

  2. I cook that dish . My salad includes lettuce Spanish onion thinly sliced as well as fresh onions cucumbers tomatoes avocado fresh coriander and fresh oregano and black and green olives. Dressing is olive oil crush garlic mustard salt sbd pepper and vinegar.

  3. Must be olive oil especially for the salad, vegetable oil for the salad is a terrible choice whoever prepared this does not know anything about which oil is to be used
