Today, we’re going to dine at a restaurant that has set a world record. From opening the doors, to hanging up a 3 Michelin star plate in just four months. It’s called Atelier Moessmer by Norbert Niederkofler.
Although Atelier Moessmer is just a year old, Chef Norbert is a seasoned chef.
He created his philosophy over 25 years ago called Cook the Mountain.

My name is Alexander. I’m the co-owner of a ONE Michelin star restaurant, and I’m on a mission – to find inspiration in gastronomy. I love fine dining, good wine and sharing what I know with other people.

What gets me here, is the seemingly very generous portion sizes.
In contrast to some of the other places you have showcased here, I could actually imagine arriving there hungry and feeling satiated at the end
Why would the wine be all standing in the cellar??? Other than that, an amazing apot
what is the point of beeing such a dick about stupid food that everybody can make…..what an idiotic hobby…
Some pretty revolting-looking concoctions here.
an italian restaurant not using citrus fruits and olive oil. Did not expect that to even exist.
I have been following you from your very 1st video, and have not missed one. Only thing is I wish you would talk a little bit slower! I had to put captions on so as not to miss any of your amazing descriptions. Wish I was along with you on your delicious adventures.
Wow, I definitely have to visit this place. What an experience…
you are just irrelevant person…. have you ever tried to cook something by yourself on that level?? of course not…… erase your boring channel, you are disgrace to mankind… boring and self-absorbed idiot….
Notice not a single black, mexican or other filthy minorities.
The way they move is soooo smooth
Made me smile when the servers were like a ballet..presenting lin perfect harmony..
Bet they practised till the cows came home..they made it as part of their gig
Maybe with your next visit they may bring in a tune..
🕺 💃 🕺
It’s amazing how only 66% of your viewer doesn’t subscribe! I notice that other channels tend to have around 80% non subscriber, which means that you have so many true fans/subscribers who always watch your videos! Good for you!
(I also subscribe after just one video, but your video quality is amazing!)

Ok, I know it's a small small thing. But that smooth glass switch was so cool
Love the videos 🍽️
Sounds and looks amazing
I have 0 interest in fine dining or Michelin Star restaurants, but I can't stop watching your videos. Incredible job.
here im, watching this video while eating my 6 dollar chinese takeaway.
320€ for such an experience in a 3 stars restaurant is so great! An honest price for the quality of the dishes.
Love the energy ❤❤😮😢
I am fascinated by how much the simultaneity of the servers does for the experience!
Found your channel recently and needless to say the work you do is outstanding! Regarding this episode, that Giacomo Conterno Monfortino must have been wonderful!
Real royal experience
Even if I have money, I will never dress well enough to walk into such place
The fact that the food was only 320 per person is quite impressive considering they are sourcing their food entirely locally. Like obviously thats a lot of money for one meal, but compared to the 1800 bottle of wine on that tab, I think the value they are offering is apparent.
2:16 oh yeah that's beautiful movement, nice
We call that duck a mallard
I discovered my love for cooking a couple of years ago. Can't tell you enough how inspiring it is to get all these insights.
14 courses simply sounds impossible to eat. So many
8:40 most sad plate ever seen
If i get 5 noodlz i don´t care about the taste
Pretentious as always
This Restaurant really has that Grand Budapest Hotel Flair. This very specific, very European (or at least europe-esque as perceived from outside) Wes Anderson style between highly choreographed presentation and genuine hospitality with a pinch of whimsy. Love it!
wow… this is surely something to see in person!
Amazing that pigeon main course was spectacular.Thank you for sharing!
Have you been to Switzerland for testing the great restaurants?
Ha-ha, first I thought they have fast service 🙂
Great thanks
amazing chef
The staff, even trough the lens felt genuine and really lovely! That is a big one for me. One big drawback for me though was the synchronized choreography. I dont like that, leaves a feeling of something cheap and artificial. I'd much rather have a staff that's there with their own little quirks and exellence. A 10/10 mistake is worth more than anything off TEMU, if that analogy makes sense.
Got my Michelin Star Cup of noodles, with a lovely chicken flavor from the south of France, paired with Le Coca-Cola, a deep, dark, bubbly and refreshing beverage that pairs nicely, for the amuse bouche we are starting with Nabisco's finest saltine cracker with a luscious slice of American cheese, this is representing many countries on one plate….carry on with your mediocre meal peasant 😂😂😂
If you, and I know it's painful, if you take away the Barolo (which, by the way, was not that expensive if compared to the price on the secondary market), the dinner is affordable. I'm going!!!
And next up the quickest one star in history, Aure.
This is a fantastic channel and deserves far more subs. Thank you for providing such a professional looking video with such personal touches.
Südtirol is my home! And also the birth place of the NR.1 Tennis player in the world: Sinner!
The historical informative intro was very appreciated, thanks Alexander.
unreal.
this is the first one, and ive seen most of yours where i actually made my mind up to go.
I was there a month ago, some of the dishes were completely different, but just as great – amazing to see them also switch up their menu from time to time. Really awesome experience, can not recommend it enough.
When is the next video dropping? Re-watched all the videos multiple times. A channel that defines culinary experience ! Cmon gimme some new videos already.
Never ever 3 Stars.
Love your appreciation for the full picture,…such as the knives highlighted.
Not going to lie that knife that was special made by mauros dad for the restaurant was dull as a bottle of krug
