We are a no onion no garlic household from Palakkad. we also make all poriyals with just the aroma of mustard seeds and udad dal…the original aroma of coconut, kadi patta and the veggies is the comfort flavour. your recipe adds a different twist…I suppose it will be a bunch of strong aromas….of spices and onions …along with other coconut and veggie flavours…thanks for sharing!
