THESE CRUMBL FRENCH SILK PIE COOKIES ARE NEXT LEVEL.
If French silk pie and a cookie had a baby… this would be it.
Soft, Oreo-packed cookie base, silky chocolate mousse, whipped cream, and shaved chocolate on top. It’s like a bakery-level dessert… without the bakery prices.
I recreated this Crumbl classic and dare I say… they might be better than the original?
Here’s how to make them at home—save this for the next time your sweet tooth hits!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Cookie Base:
• 10 Oreos (regular, not double-stuffed or thins!)
• 1¼ cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• ¼ cup black cocoa (or regular if needed)
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ¼ tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• ½ cup softened butter (salted or unsalted)
• ¼ cup granulated sugar
• ½ cup brown sugar (light or dark)
• 1 large egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Silk Pie Filling:
• 2 oz instant chocolate pudding mix
• ½ cup milk
• ¾ cup heavy cream
• ¼ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 tbsp semisweet chocolate (melted)
Whipped Cream (or store-bought):
• ⅓ cup heavy cream
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• Optional: chocolate curls for topping
⸻
HOW TO MAKE THEM:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Crush Oreos in a food processor.
3. In a bowl, whisk crushed Oreos, flour, cornstarch, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
4. In another bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, then mix in the dry ingredients.
5. Scoop 8 large cookie dough balls, flatten slightly, and bake for 10 mins.
6. Once out of the oven, press a ⅓ cup into the center to make a “pie crust” dip. Let cool completely.
Make the mousse:
• Whisk together pudding mix, milk, cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until thick and fluffy.
• Mix in melted chocolate and whip again.
Make whipped cream:
• In a chilled bowl, beat cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Assemble:
Fill each cooled cookie with chocolate mousse, top with whipped cream and chocolate curls, and DEVOUR.
