“Paris Hawaii recently relocated from Waikīkī to SALT at Our Kakaʻako in the space previously occupied by Hank’s Haute Dogs, offering more seating in this convenient location. We offer an innovative and refined dining experience, serving Island French Cuisine made with locally sourced ingredients. Always fresh and unique, Chef Yuya Yamanaka tastefully blends tropical flavors with the elegance of classic French techniques. When your viewers are seeking an exceptional dining experience, we invite them to savor our rotating seasonal prix fixe menu, wine pairing options, and dessert specials. Dinner service is offered twice nightly, at 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Currently, our Tasting Menu Vol. 2 offers 10 dishes to awaken the senses! A few items from the Tasting Menu include Chef Yamanaka’s creative take on Jidori Chicken, Saffron Risotto, and Kiawe Wood-Grilled Beef – to name a few. To end on a sweet note, guests will indulge in the delightful flavors of a decadent Acai bowl and a whole wheat flour tart with almond cream. The Tasting Menu is $120 per guest, with Wine Pairing available for an additional $70 per guest.”
