Antique, cast-iron wine corker “La Perle”, probably manufactured by Etablissements MATHÈS in the early 20th century. Still in working order, although in need of a repaint (which hopefully we’ll get round to sometime.) Obviously the wine bottle shown is just an empty we refilled as a test, hence the label 🙂
