French onion beef roast soup in the Dutch oven!

– beef roast
– 2 yellow onions
– 3 garlic cloves
– 1 tbsp white flour
– 2 tbsp butter
– 1 tbsp A1 sauce or Worcestershire
– 4 cups beef broth
Salt pepper to taste
Dried Italian seasoning
White cheddar cheese to top
French bread to top

Brown roast on each side, then add butter and the sliced white onion and mince garlic. Sauté onions until browned and softened than add flour and A1 sauce, slowly stir in broth, add roast back in and cook on 350 for 3 hours.

Once 3 hours is up pull roast out and pull apart, put back in the soup, add bread, cheese, and dried Italian and broil on Low for 10 minutes.
