Our Wine Buff Sam Klingberg is tasting the 2009 Chateau Tour Pibran, Pauillac, from the 2013 Today’s Bordeaux selection.
A rich and concentrated wine with firm tannins and notes of oak, berry, cocoa and cherry.
This wine pairs well with: Braised Beef, Braised Lamb, Pork Belly, Red Meat, Roast Chicken, Steak with Pepper Sauce and Frites, Stewed Foods, Pork Belly
