This is Part II of a video I did a while back.
One of my favorite topics: European Dining Etiquette!

🎀 In traditional European, particularly French dining etiquette, it’s customary to rest your wrists lightly on the edge of the table, keeping your hands visible throughout the meal. This stems from a historical practice of demonstrating openness and trust by keeping your hands in sight.

🎀 In contrast, English dining etiquette requires hands to remain in the lap when taking a break, which reflects a more formal and reserved dining style. This subtle difference highlights the varying cultural approaches to refinement and dining manners.

Do you find yourself more comfortable with one style over the other? Hands on lap or hands visible throughout the meal? ⬇️🤓

With love,
