  1. You can also add a few squirts or a spoon of mayo instead of applesauce. I feel like it makes it a little bit fluffier. I add it to pretty much any baked good that it makes sense. You don’t taste it at all!

  2. Silent watcher rarely comment been watching since first video you made bacon ranch pasta it looked so good I made it and it was so good with the added bacon on top just wanted to wish you and your family a blrsssed easter and I enjoy watching your videos

  3. You should put the ham into the aluminum pan at the end & open up each slice & baste the glaze on them as well, so you can have glaze throughout every slice. Do this even when cooking in your regular oven as well.
Make sure to save that ham bone for beans down the road.
    Happy Easter everyone!!! 🐰

  4. It looks absolutely amazing! I love watching you cook. I still learn from you and I like that. I’m 60 but I don’t ever want to stop learning. Thank you for the sneak peek at your Easter dinner! May your be blessed ❤

  5. Hi Kristen. Your carrot cake looks similar to mine except I put in crushed pineapple instead of applesauce and I make it shaped like a bunny. You just cut ears and a bow tie out of the second round cake then decorate it with jellybean eyes and nose and draw on some whiskers. You can decorate the bow tie with sprinkles or whatever you like. It's fun for the kids to help decorate it. Your ham looked delicious! I hope you and your family have a happy, fun and blessed Easter!! 🐣🐰🌷🐇🐥

  6. looks like a feast! And just by the amount of time that you spend preparing your meals I know that your family will always come first with you! thanks so much for sharing! xoxo

  7. For the mashed potatoes, next time brown some butter and pour it on top. Next level! Everything looked so delicious!!! Thank you for sharing!

  8. Yum! Now that I'm drooling 🤤 😋 and hungry! Thank you for sharing these recipes Kristen.
My husband is a big fan of 🥕cake so im diffently going to make this 1. I love 🥦 casserole looks like I'm gonna make that too.
Sending you and your family a Happy Easter!! God is so good 🙏💕🙌

  9. Coconut is extremely underrated as a carrot cake topping. Mmmmm. Carrot cake. Yummy. I’m going to have to make one

  10. I’m SUPER jealous of those grocery prices. We pay more than $50 for the same ham if it’s not on sale. $30 is a steal of a deal for us.
But I live in a HCOL area so everything is way more expensive

  11. Please bear with me, this is going to be a long post. But I want to thank you for continuing to show yourself cooking things that most people know how to cook. I started watching several of you “YouTube mamas“ as I call you in 2020. I’m 62 years old now and I did not ever learn to really cook. But I have learned in the last five years and this year I have become guardian to a young man with a disability whose mother died in December. So now I am responsible for making his dinner every night and making all of his meals every day. And I am so grateful to those of you who are so patient and so willing to spend your time really showing the steps to making things. I have never been one able to just follow a recipe unless it was super super easy. There were so many things that made more sense to me once I saw y’all doing them. So thank you from the bottom of my heart and I hope you and your family have a happy Easter.

  12. Mouthwatering. Sign me up! Our family usually had au gratin potatoes, scalloped corn, green beans, ham, devilled eggs, and for some reason, a bowl of black olives. 😊 I miss those dinners. I'm trying to think of what we had for dessert. Mom always made a pan of walnut brownies. But I think we also had some kind of cake. I know a couple times it was yellow cake with homegrown rhubarb swirl topped with cool whip. Yum.

  13. Definitely don't mind watching things i already know how to make. You never know, could be doing it a different way you never knew about.

  14. I’m definitely making that cake recipe for my family’s Easter dinner this year!! My mom always made bunny cakes and it’s super easy to do!

  15. You need to try a couple of heaping spoonfuls of mayonnaise (and yes I use Duke's) in your mashed potatoes…It makes them SO good and creamy! 😊
