I'm going to make, a German style strudel, pastry filling:
you chop apples into, 1cm cubes, roughly. Add to a bowl then add, butter brown sugar, and raisins or sultanas, and I think cinnamon. Too. That filling is basically German strudel filling, it would taste nice in these amazing pastry creations, you have down to a fine art. I noticed after you learn your pastry making technique the hardest thing is thinking of what delicious filling to make to fill these work of arts, your vid is good value, thanks for sharing the knowledge. 👌.
