   Recipe :
   – 500g Potato
   – Medium heat 15~20 minutes
   – 100g Corn starch
   – 15g Sugar
   – Coriander
   – High heat 5~7 minutes

    This channel knows what it does best. mashed potatoes into french fries. These are NOT onion rings. But this method of making fries is unique and LEGIT (imo)

    When I tried this , the potatoes were separating, and it was completely filled with oil. It didn’t stay together how do you get it to stay compact
