Landlords often = Dukes of the days of feudalism
Another business ruined by California liberal policies? It's hard to believe!
Imagine the cost to move to a new location with a much lower lease payment.
40 years, why dont they own their own building? IDK how this works.
The majority of rent is hiking. With inflation, restaurants usually don't make a big profit. Sad.

Au revoir, les amis.
Landlords suck. It would be so much easier on the landlord for them to just stay doing what they're doing
Bye expensive restaurant
So sad this WONDERFUL restaurant closed!!! (Excellent food too!!). A shame West Hollywood city couldn’t do something to save it, keep its history. it’s been there over 40 years!! Btw, it’s NOT “La petiT four”!!! It’s LE petit-four, said quickly. A petit four is a small Bob Bob, or treat eaten after dinner.
Bon Bon.
This is so sad ,,my favorite restaurant
Most people can barely afford McDonalds leave alone actual good food!
