  1. I’m 16, newly responsible for cooking in my family, and I made far too many fries yesterday. My family is currently (understandably) sulking at having to eat soggy fries for lunch today. I just tried this with a small handful of the soggy fries, and they taste HEAVENLY again. Kinda like a combination of fries and chips. Thank you – you’ve saved me and my family from a disgusting meal!

  2. I have been doing the frying pan method for ages!
I came looking to see if others had some up with a better way!
    Thanks

  3. bought fried chicken and french fries early today so dinner would be here when needed. Cooled it all, refrigerated it and now, its dinner time.
I will be doing the fries like this and chicken in 400 degree oven for 15 mins. Thanks John, youre awesome

  4. I put mine on medium low heat, that way I don't have to keep flipping them to prevent burning, 10 minutes and they are cooked all the way through

  5. I was very skeptical especially with the French fries, but it all works. Even when the fries lose their heat they're still crispy and delicious. Thank you
