  1. Would aspic today be considered bone broth? And we put it in smoothies or soups instead of jello-like form?

  2. I never understood why aspics were a thing. They are incredibly fussy to make and when finished, they barely look like food, let alone food you'd want to eat. Maybe it was all the drugs in the 60s. 😉

  3. 😮 ah say what, i have to say we won't be having this. The Big Guy say no he don't like cold fish and he don't want his food looking at him.😂😂😂. He won't even eat 🍣 sushi. He says he like his fish fried 😂😂😂. So i guess we are not that fancy.😊 But i still love Julia and I'll continue to watch. I guess the 60s had a lot of dishes that i haven't heard of. He looked up aspic.😂😂😂 I still don't think he understands. But i love him anyway.fancy or not.😊 Vee.

  4. The thought of aspic weirds me out a bit, but to be fair….if given an opportunity, I'd try it, just to see. I was freaked out about marmite but a friend had me try it once and I loved it, so you never know.

  5. in the first christmas special of the two fat ladies, jennifer does a similar thing with the chopped aspic on her egg mousse – she says it "sparkles like diamonds" 😂 different times

  6. I am guessing she didn't plate it and try a bite is because it is rather difficult to eat and cut. I would have liked to have seen though
