Ingredients:
1/2 cup castor sugar
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
6 eggs, grade A
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
120g all purpose flour
60g unsweetened cocoa powder
400g dark chocolate bar, coarsely chopped
1 cup unsalted butter
Handful chopped nuts, optional
1/2 cup caramel chocolate chips, optional

  1. Ingredients:
    1/2 cup caster sugar
    1 1/2 cup brown sugar
    6 eggs, grade A
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    120g all purpose flour
    60g unsweetened cocoa powder
    400g dark chocolate bar, coarsely chopped
    227g unsalted butter
    Handful chopped nuts, optional
    1/2 cup caramel chocolate chips, optional

    Method:
    Preheat oven to 180c. Line a 8×9 inch square baking tray with parchment paper.

    Melt chocolate and butter over a double boiler on the stove, stirring until smooth and glossy. Set aside to cool to room temperature.

    In a mixing bowl, add caster sugar, brown sugar, and eggs. Beat until light and fluffy. Add the melted chocolate, vanilla extract, and salt.
    Mix until well combined.

    Sieve in the flour and unsweetened cocoa powder. Use a spatula to mix the mixture, then pour the batter into the prepared baking tray.

    Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs. Let it cool in the pan for 30 minutes before slicing.

  3. Sin duda deben de ser los brownies más ricos por sus ingredientes y esa barra de chocolate! Pero supongo que también los más caros😅 para darte un gusto en casa está bien, ya para vender solo con cocoa sin chispas ni nueces 😬 la gente quiere bueno y barato😅
